I have a salary account with HDFC bank through my employer. It was my first account in a private bank, earlier I thought it woild like any other bank. But then I came through internet banking and mobile banking facility provided by HDFC bank and it changed my view point and somehow made my life very comfortable. I started using the internet banking facility to transfer money to various people and also to shop. Then I downloaded the mobile application and it is also very smooth to use. Also HDFC bank provides many other good facilities. I can check my bank balance by just callimg on a toll free number. The customer care is also good. And HDFC has many branches so it is convinient in that manner too.
