I was applied for home loan. All the documents and submitted based on their requirements. Every time when I call the then, said everything is fine will be issue the loan within month. Then, wait for almost 6 months and finally they said no loan for you because of am not meeting their requirement. They took 6 months to realize that am not eligible.
Gone to another bank with same documents and loan passed within 20 days.
Very bad experience with HDFC. If they cannot, should explain to customer rather than wasting their time.
