I am an existing HDFC HOME LOAN customer and requested for Top up. I had given my request at HDFC Home loan division at AnnaNagar Chennai. But to my surprise HDFC acted like an Govt agency. They have not even attempted to contact myself even after 20 days for my request.
But even after my request to CEO Mr.Aditya my request is turned down and I feel HDFC is protecting their employees rather than customers.
My request was turned down and HDFC Customer care M.S VIDYA had given a simple apologise and in future I request customer cares not to use apology and concentrate on resolution.

At present planning to migrate HDFC products to some other P su banks.
