It's a great bank, may say one of the best in private sector
I am a classic member of the bank and am very much happy with the service. Credit card, debit card free of cost which another bank provides this, the net banking site is very fast thanks to fewer graphics and minimal design, even they have a great mobile app.
The cheque deposit, fund transfer all occur within one day very prompt service. Only cons being poor personal banker service and delayed interest payment.
