Housing Development Finance Corporation ( HDFC) was the first to set up as private bank player in India. I do have a savings as well as current account with HDFC. The online portal of bank ( App and Website) is user friendly ! Haven't faced any issues with banking transactions yet when it comes to online transactions !
But when it comes to surcharge and other charges, as like other banks, HDFC sucks ! For everything it charges
HDFC seems top most bank as per the data. No doubt it provides lot of convenience to its customers when it comes to banking transactions !
But, it still lacks in many ways !
Why I need to visit a bank personally for small small issues can't you people make it online ! It was the question I asked them once! The answer was, we need to make sure things before we proceed and we need the identity too !
Dosent it sounds irritating ! How many times it will verify? You have all documents, identification , communication details, so why always in person ?
Apart from such irritating incidences and the charge issues , HDFC is worth to bank with, considering its spreded network in country and services provided !
