Two apps PayZapp and HDFC Bank never worked for me while Google Pay worked like plum! I had to book a flight ticket, tried hours on PayZap and HDFC Bank app for scanning the QR Code it never worked so many complicated validation and terminologies. Their Sim card validation never worked. While with Google Pay it was just few clicks! this bank has been voted as # 1 private sector bank. I am thinking of closing account. Their web site too has issues and the relationship managers are trying to cover this up by telling lies. I wish HDFC leadership team read all the feedback and take necessary action.
