I have transferred my home loan to HDFC bank from LIC housing finance. I have taken the home loan for an amount of Rs 14 lacs. The emi is 13466 for 20 years. the rate of interest is 9.65%
The services of hdfc are good.
but I really disappointed with two points 1) I paid the processing fees of 0.5% on loan amount. after I have taken the loan, the processing fee was made zero. I think my agent know this fact. but he didnot tell to me.
2) when the RBI is reducing the interest rates, this bank is not taking any steps to reduce the interest rates.
