HCL Job interview. Review on HCL Technologies Ltd

I had an interview with HCL 20 days back ...waiting for final confirmation from HR ...I feels its just useless to wait for that after going through all these stuff about management growth and future..I just like to advise pple in HCL ........if you have enough time ...........then go for a movies.... have dinner out side but don't make people fool by doing so and wasting their times by keeping resumes aside till 10 months.

HR department never lift the calls...................they are too much busy in shopping. HR people never revert for EMAILS................................might not be using outlook. HR department is useless.............in every aspect we checked even my friends had similar experience with these interview processes. Technical Rounds panel should develop their communication skills first should have at-least minimum knowledge on process.
