If u have a dream of joining hcl for god sake change the plan, I have joined the company and had and still having the bitter experience in it, waiting for the bond to get over. A simple reason fpr asking u guys not to join Hcl is that the managers wont let ur ideas come up and they will kick u all the times when ever u raise a request. This is a true thing, even if u r dedicated worker for three years u will be in the same position, namely, I want to inform about my manger.
Salary Package is the worst in the industry. No overtime. No leave.
Provide ur bitter experience with HCl.
