HCL team is conducting fake interviews for publicity. Many people have attended the Abinitio Interview.The interviewer (Saravanan) does not even have Abinitio knowledge and did not even ask any technical question. All he asked is about the project, salary and company. Then they asked us to leave..
I was puzzled to hear that I was rejected, and checked with few of my friends who had attended the interview. They also had the same experience.Not sure why the company like HCL conducts these kind of fake interviews and fools the job seekers. Do they think that job seeker do not have any work other than attending fake interviews??
