Why Service of HCL has gone down? HCL VIMAN NAGAR PUNE CASE .... ENGINEER APARNA(BUSY WITH BF) ... INCHARGE FELLOW ANKUR GARG(THE HAIRY HERO FLIRTING GIRLS...)
-Mind it .. HCL product are very good wrt pricing. but negotiating with fugly service.
In my laptop there was a very minor problem of delay in starting .. and system was giving comment " UPGRADING CONFIGURATIONS' , I thought lets use the service when its available, there I gave my hand in the pig's mouth, (new phrase invented for HCL service ;)
That problem could be solved just by toggling the automatic upgrading somewhere in control panel... came to know later when the nest was destroyed by the crow.
Guess!! what the engineer do for it.. You will also experience same solution for many minor problems...No guess.... "format karna padega madam" "vista fir se dalna padta hai .." koi problem nai hai..
-- actually they r true when they say "koi problem nai hai".. coz problem lies beneath the HCL service shelter not in the laptop.
-- They kept my laptop with them for 16 days .. within that I visited 4 times.. (i hv to)
-- but the disaster was awaited , when I received my lappy..
