We had such a bad experience with havells company.. their service team people r so dump...they know nothing.. they r cheaters.. Big fraud.. took 2 month AMC not doing services.. please do not take AMC and any product from them...it's useless and pathetic...


Customer care also didn'thelp..put me hold for 1 hr..and no solution..


Took AMC for 2 years and no help... all r fraud and fake..


Please do not buy Specially RO from them... it's patheticand trust me...it's of no use..


I believeinke seniors ko Pata bhi nahi hoga ki hum kitnai pareshan ho gaye hai...it's been 7 days ..no help no solution..
