Yes good speed, Great data plans. But all that is good until you hit a problem. I have had issues for over 2 weeks, frequent disconnection(specially during power cuts), I raise a issue with complaint number- 11893823 and they tell it should be resolved in 24 hours, even with more than 3 days of complaint there was no update.
And every time you give a call they give a standard reply "wait for 24 hours" (yes this is a everyday thing) and out of the blue resolve the ticket without my issue being resolved. And after another few futile calls they raise another ticket and ask you to wait for another 24 hours(and expect the same reply with every call u make). I have been told everytime that there is some "packet loss" and nothing is being done about it, no 2nd point of escalation contact, unreliable customer service!
Yes there is a link to escalate the issue to nodal officer(https://hathway.com/Home/NodalOfficer#Plan_2), But that's no good news. The phone number is like forever busy and the email their, Please be patient enough with your laggy internet connection because the "nodal officer" takes a full "10 days" to reply to your mail, Yeah with such pathetic customer service he should be bombarded with emails, I really wonder if my issue is ever going to be resolved. I definitely wouldn't recommend!
