So I was using this broadband connection for quite some time. initially for 10 days or so it was fine but suddenly it crashed. I called the customer care number but it wasn't being picked up. Finally one day they replied to my query.
Firstly they were arguing with me only, then the put down the call. After two days or so the net connection became worse. It took ages to load websites leave alone the videos. Then they were the first ones to ask for payment.
Finally had to switch!
