Very worse in aspects of speeds.
Hathway offers 100 Mbps speed, which is only valid for the banners or stickers they provide.
speed issues are the common issues which the customers always face. When customers contacts customer service the worst experience is what they get for sure with ease.
Connection Reliability:
Worst in all aspects.The connection aspects are commonly experienced in the wide range for the customers as a gift for the customers opted for Hathway Connection. Disconnections offense is a very regular thing. Whatever may be the climate issues the hathway automatically disconnects and also automatically changes its status to rainy day you may face connection issues.
Service & Support:
This is the thing you should not expect when you are already the customer of the Hathway.
Very worst experience, long holds, payed call's, connect to the hathway agent is so damn annoying, and if by luck if gets connected the waiting period or the hold period will be like hell. I personally experienced call drop's. and they don't even call back if droped out.
