I had been using hathway service for quite long time nearly for 5 years an had atleast one problem in every month sometime in had to call me twice or thrice in a day to fix the problem an the hathway operate use to come the next day they using to charge properly for the service but not provide the service to the full value of the money an the major problem was they wire connect they will always tell u that the wire is cut from your place an they will take they own sweat time to fix it I really use to get very upset with it but that time I did not have an option but now I have switch to jio which is away better then hatyway the speed of hathway is not so as they show us in the pack so my suggestion do not go for hathway internet service go for jio or jiofi
