I paid them for broadband on 2 weeks ago. It took them almost 1.5 weeks to get the internet installed in the house. First a man came with a wire then the next day a new guy comes with a modem and then finally a guy comes with the router. Everyday we had to get after their life to make this happen.
Once the connection was installed it worked for a full 20 minutes before disconnecting and has never worked since. We have called them every day at least 4 times a day to get a this connection fixed but they have not been able to do it. Everyday for the past 3 days an engineer comes, is unable to figure out why the internet is not working and then goes back with no response.
I have no idea why they have even opened an internet company in the first place. Please buy Hathway only if you want a black colored box in your house that does absolutely nothing.
