I have get a this Hathway internet connection a last week. My plan is HD ELITE, in this plan mentioned a 50MBPS speed or 50GB data usages. But Hathaway is cheating with me and everyone with false claims of speed, my 50MBPS speed lease line is hardly gives me a 4 or 6 MBPS speed only. When I have test performance test, I see 45 MBPS. That's not true. Connection reliability is very poor. Many times while a service a internet connection not reached error a grtting. Internet connecting always goes a every day for 4 or 7 min down server, I have compiled a many times but they are not responding my problem, Every time they getting a false promise that our engineers come. But not any one visit and resolve my issue, I am not satisfy under hathway internet connection or internet service.
