I was really frustrated with hathway's poor service of internet broadband and I had to switch to ACT BROADBAND. Hathway offered me a plan of 50 mbps with 50gb for ₹1000/ month. Problems started from second month. The speed totally reduced and was not even 5 mbps. People in my family faced slow connection on the wifi. Many a times the service was down. Also if any problem occurred the technicians never came on time. I changed my modem and router still speed didnt increase finally I cut their connection and switched onSo please do not prefer Hathway!
