I have been using hathway broadband for more than 5 years but their services are still pathatic I am thinking to opt for another boardband services but cant cause in my area theirs only one provider thats way I am stuck to hathway broadband.
Their price are reasonable and the speed is also good whats really annoying was their frequent stopage of internet some time its take whole day to start the services its like in one week internet stop work for almost 2 days when I complain to them they start to blame power outages. I am really fed up of them if you are opting for a broadband avoid hathway broadband.
