I booked my flights with them and the operator was GoAir. The Flight Operator Canceled the flight and processed a Full Refund, this refund went to HappyEasyGo, now they are not giving me my money.
Several times, I reached out to them over email and phone but they always ask to wait for some time. I asked what is the problem, asked as if the money was stuck somewhere, the Customer Support guy said there is no problem.
It shows that they do not want to give me my money. Guys please do not book the tickets with them. NEVER.
