I bought Haier 1 ton 5 star inverter split AC in Reliance digital on 2 nd June 2023 the ac cooling capacity was fine and it worked for only 10 days on 13 th June 2023 the ac didn't cool the room so we hired for a service person from Reliance digital itself and the person said there was a leakage of gas and it is a manufacturing defect then somehow we managed to get our replacement of the same model ac in few days and that new ac was installed on 18 th June 2023 then the ac worked fine and again the problem arises in 20 days when we hired the service person from the store they says the same reason and it is manufacturing defect again and we came to know that not only us many customers who bought this product was complaining the same it seems and now we again waiting for the replacement process to be done and planning to switch to some other brand...
