Slow, pathetic & rude customer care agents; Web. Review on Groww

Hi!

I had several GTT, Good till triggered, sell orders in place so that whenever any share goes below a particular price, it gets sold.

But to my horror, all my GTT orders have gone from the broker's website since today's morning.

Also, if I try to place a new GTT order, even that is not getting placed. It is happening since morning, and I have been suffering losses due to that.

This broker's customer care service is also very slow, pathetic, and rude. They leave the chatbox all of a sudden without replying and giving resolutions to their customers' queries.

This has happened several times in the past too. Their website and app are full of flaws which I keep telling them about, but they hardly take any action.

There are a lot of users who are complaining about their pathetic and errorful services on Twitter and other platforms.

Stay away from this broker until and unless they improve both their product and services.
