@ Ticket no (#203539) .i had referred my friend to groupon_india.com and he bought a deal with but i did not get the refferal amount due to some payment issue, i immediately had sent an e mail to support@groupon_india.com and in the next 24 hours, i got the referral amount in my groupon_india a/c.
Moreover, they had called me to confirm the same and a e mail too. Just amazing customer service and awesome deals.I had bought some deals they were really good and I feel they maintain a quality.
