I bought a deal for hair straightening from Crazeal.com; during my first wash, one strand of hair was not washed well, leading to extra dryness and damaging my hair permanently...... I called the salon manager to complain, the lady seemed not so interested to fix this damage...... the products they used were professional salon loreal products, but I am sorry to say that the so called professional who serviced me were totally under experienced to take up an assignment that was totally wrecked up and under attended to.....

I don't recommend anyone to buy coupons for this particular salon...... do not get carried away by the promises they make on their offer, they don't keep up with their quality services..
