I have purchased deals from Groupon.co.in, but this was the first time I used Groupon shopping. I bought a camera from Groupon and was the first customer to purchase it. The site sold approx 40-50 cameras after that. I din't receive the product in 9 days so I dropped a mail to support team about the status and the reply was they will get back to me when they have update. Next day when I called the customer care, I got the response that the camera is out of stock.
Firstly, How can they sell a product which was not in stock as I was the first one to purchase it.
Secondly, I had to chase them and since 10 days they didn't know that the product was out of stock.
I would never suggest anyone to buy products from Groupon shopping as you never know the entire product is available with company or not or it's just a fake display.
