I had recommended the website to my friend after buying 30% off dominos coupon for Rs 1. She bought a salon coupon for Rs 444/-. The payment was approved but the payment failed at crazeal.com. After that she wrote an email to customer care immediately and was told money would be refunded within 7 days. After 10 days customer care changed its tone and said money would be refunded within 20 days. Now today that 20 day deadline has passed and still money is not refunded.
No payment gateway takes 20 days to refund the money.
Called customer care but it was just telling automated response that all our agents are busy and you would be assisted shortly.
Crazeal is another avatar of sosasta.com with whom I never purchased anything due to bad reviews on mouthshut.com.
I generally buy from different websites only after reading reviews and since crazeal had no reviews I gave it a chance and even recommended it which was my mistake.
Better to pay the full amount to the merchant then lose your money to these fraud and fly by night websites.
Many of them even outsource their customer support so the person with whom you are complaining is not even their employee responsible to solve your issues.
I would never buy from the website again and would warn people to be cautious before buying from crazeal.com.
