I have booked on Green line travel for Bangalore to Mysore sight seeing and felt very bad and horrible experience of traveling. I have selected BTM layout as starting point for my travel. When I called to travel guys and asked when will the bus will come. He told me like for one person we will not come and pickup and asked me to come to madiwala office.
On reaching madiwala also office is closed again I called the travel guys he told pickup car has left the place so I have to come to DOMULUR to catch the bus. but though informed very late I came to madiwala office on time i.e before 6:30AM.
Next complain is on dropping also it is mentioned in online site as drooping point include BTM layout. But bus stooped in marathalli stating this will be last stop.
Total cost - Bangalore to Mysore is Rs 350 . but I have exceeded the cost for traveling in auto. BTM - Madiwala - 50, Madiwala to Domulur 150, on night from marathalli to BTM 300 totally it cost me 500 Rs.
i) First they should have informed prior one to me like there is no stopping in BTM.
ii) You should give option in boarding point and dropping point when you feel you are not going to come for one people.
