During the travel from Bangalore to Ooty most of the time the Ac was turned off. Bus people had water bottels but were providing only if asked. No blankets were provided although this all things are mentioned. Horrible driving that your seat position doesn't matter. Bus was about to reach early morning and it reached in afternoon, wasting half of the day in my 2 days trip
In the journey back the bus stop changed without any notice. After walking for half a KM when we finally got the bus, what we saw is a bus which no way is a AC bus. Pathetic seats having problem in push back, most of the seats were not pushing back only. Blankets. seemed like a stole, they cut a blanke into 2 and providing to travellers. Was not able to understand its a balnket or seat cover. Finally when the bus started and AC was turned on. suddenly water droplets started falling from the AC. Pathetic drivind and the water droplets continued whole night and made the travel worst experience.
It would be better to choose not to go and postpone your travel then going in Greenline busses.
If there were negative ratings I might have selected highest negative rating for this bus service.
