Extremely poor service. Commitment on booking B00250 ON 28/11/2014 was not honored. We missed a train. The picku was at 4:45 PM. Driver did not reach till 5:30 PM. No intimation was given by green cabs. Very Very Poor. On calling the guy told that cab has been cancelled.
