I ordered a bedhead hair styling tool and received it after 1.5 month of placing the order. To my surprise there was no warranty card and the product being an electric equipment was NOT even tested before buying.
I ignored that and put that on for heating using the voltage converter as specified in the product however the product was NOT heating up to work as expected. I requested the grabmore team to return the product in exchange or refund the money.
I was promised that if the product is not working as expected they will refund the money in no more than 10 days after the technical team checks the product.
Its been more than one month there have been no communication from their team and only I had to follow up to refund my money. Every time their customer care team Divya and Rani get away saying their technical team is reviewing the product and I should wait for 1-2 days and they will revert. So far I have not received my money back even after multiple followups.the money that is hard earned and not Looted like they are looting from innocent people.
I highly recommend to think 100 times before making any purchase from such fraudsters.
They are the biggest cheats and will eat away your money .Moreover the positive feedback u see about the site looks like from their own people who just want to create a hype about their own site.never ever buy anything from these looters.
