Extrêmely dissatisfied with Gozo. The moment you try booking on app, they call you like mad to complete booking. But once trip starts, they start coming out with policies and throwing tantrums. We had a pickup on the way and they said pickups not allowed. There was a route change and we were fine giving any extra kms, but they started throwing tantrums. We did not even stop for meals on the way for which 30 min is allowed. Did they refund if we did not take a stop ? No. But for taking one extra stop of 2 min, they want to charge Rs. 150, Please avoid them totally.
Make my trip, pls. Delist them from your cab providers. I will separately write to them also.
