GoWarranty: Unethical Suspension of Service & No Refund (SR001882)

Extremely disappointed with @GoWarranty! My washing machine has been non-functional for 15+ days, yet no technician has visited. Despite submitting a valid service estimate from an authorized Samsung center, my extended warranty was unfairly suspended just for giving honest feedback!

Blocked calls, denied service, and no refund—this is unacceptable!

I demand:

? Immediate service under warranty

? Reinstatement of my plan or a full refund

? A valid explanation for this unethical behavior

If no action is taken in 48 hours, I will escalate this issue to Consumer Forum, Social Media & Legal Authorities.
