When it was newly launched it was the best app for upi transactions. But since then it has just degrading itself. Nowadays whenever I intiate the new payment 7/10 times payment either gets declined or it stucs on the processing screen. Most annoying thing is that sometimes money gets debited from the account but it don't reaches to the receiver's account. Whenever you contact customer support regarding this problem they give you the fake assurance of returning the money within a day And sometimes take even more time. In this case money just gets stuck having finnencial stress to the users like me.
