2 worst problem face in this app. Review on Google Pay

I have used this app more than 1 year. Good app for payment everyone. Since it is a product of Google company, I relied on it a lot. But this application not good at all. 3 month ago when I used to send a money of Rupees 25000 a Milk company through Google Pay. Then there was a disaster. I have done the payment but my money debited to my bank account but not credited the receiver account. When I check my Google account they can provide the details that money not send it was processed. At that time I went crazy. The last time to send money to that company until 5 pm that day. I complain to google but they tell me to wait 3 to 5 days. But the money entered the company's account 3 days later. But sadly that's not my job anymore.

There is one more problem which I face that I have not received every time " Better luck Next time" when I received the scratch card. I don't know if it's just me but it's happening to me.
