Google Pay AKA G-Pay was launched with the name of'Tez' in India but I really don't know why they had to change their name when another app from Google named'Google Pay' already existed in the International app market.
By the way, there are lots of UPI apps available in the play store but somehow, I feel some extra secure under Google products & I think exactly the same is happening with you too.
The process of the payment is really simple and I like it. But, some times it's been really annoying when the pop up comes with "Can't reach to your bank" at the payment time.
But, after that, if I go to another UPI app and try to make the same payment, that be done!
But, that's not a very big issue until it ruined your whole personality at the payment counter of any restaurant.
The reward system of G pay is really awesome. I got a good amount of reward most of the time I make any payment.
