Guys you know one side of the tez app other side is grab your attention on it, paying coupons, I had a experience with tez I booked a tickets on redbus through tez payment failed but my money debited from my account, then I contacted redbus they said your money not credited to redbus account, then I contacted sbi they said it's not our responsibility by using tez transaction, so sometimes your money gonna stuck so please use for only lesser amount transactions, OK use BHIM app there is a responsibility for bank to enquire.
