No doubt google maps is full of information but our country is widely spreaded into all terrains and google maps have no information about that areas. Though it is absolutely good to use in city and for main routes.
Highly recommended dont use shortcuts and small paths which google maps will show you. I went to bhangarh from delhi and it was a very tight trip so, we decided to drove at night and google maps were out guide on road which showed us a way in between of crop field. We all were shocked to see that google map is not always right.
