I am talking about the Gongura hotel on airport road, near kempfort. I have visited this place quite a few times (on friends' insistance). The food is pathetic. The service is kind of ok. The servers suddenly vanish into thin air and won't come for a long time. They also tend to feed your clothes while serving. I feel the food is not very hygienic.
The only thing that is not bad here is the non-veg biryani (so my friends say. I am veg). It is quite spicy and apparently have good taste.
The ambience is good only in the first floor area, which, unfortunately, is quite dirty most of the time.
Lot of people smoke on the outside and the dir/smoke from the busy airport road drifts-in sometimes.
