Hello friend, my name is sunil I would like share my personal experiance with you I am 31 year old I am not doing smiking since last 3 years but before that I was I chain spmoker I am ussualy using gold flack brand, I was having 7 to 8 sticks in a day, after 6 - 7 months I relaise ones I am running my stemina is reducing , I am not able to run so faar, fainaly I have desiaded to leave smoking , I am traying ones leave smoking but after seven days again started because of freinds, after 6 months again I have traied but it was a hebbit after five days again started, then finaly I have desided and I have breck my relationship with my friends 1st and 2nd every morning I have desided I will not do smoking today, this karma I have did for 30 days next month I feel better now I am not doing smoke, thanks
