This brand of cigrete have very big market in India.
It is availabe almost everywhere and is prefred by many peoples. good choice for smokers but the drawback is that it is addicting, if u get addicted then you spent more money on it.
Even if you dont have money you take money from your friend. their is very big picture in front of rapper showing a smokers lung infected with smoke. There are many problems because of this like cancer of many part of respiratory tract.
I am a doctor and I know many side effect of this, which are not listed commonly. So I recommend be a smoker, do smoking, but not get addicted to the extent that it will harm your health.
