For the first, I received courier through Gojavas is for lenskart. Most of the courier services doesn't reach our area. So, it is somewhat problematic in placing online orders. So, I too kept order to the nearby place and went there to collect the order when they informed that the order has arrived. When I went there, the courier boy asked me from where I am coming. Then I said my area. He told me that, from next time place order directly to your address because we have our service to your area. Then he explained what are the other online shopping sites that sends their products with them. From the next order I order directly to my address. They always handover the parcel safely and in time. They offer their service for other sites like snapdeal, jabong etc. So it has become easier for me to place orders. Gojavas courier service never made a mistake in any of my orders that are kept through different sites. They always inform me when the order arrives. If am unavailable, they inform me and handover it to me the next day. I am very much impressed with Gojavas.
