I ordered my lenses from Lenskart and they have this Gojavas courier service for delivery. I placed the order on 02/23, it is already a month and they are not able to deliver it to me. Both Lenskart and Gojavas blame each other for delay. Ultimately I am suffering because of their unprofessional attitude.
Gojavas customer care is so poor that they wouldn't provide Bangalore courier branch address or contact number. Now I can't even track my order.
Be careful with Gojavas courier, they are very unprofessional and rude!
