Pathetic both the companies have no sense of customer service and have no idea as to what customer service is about.
I had ordered 2 mobile phones, the delivery boy came and delivered one and when I asked about the other one, he causally said ummm "shaayad I have lost it." Since then I have been calling Snapdeal and GoJavas daily and everyday they keep saying that "aaj ho jayega"
Snapdeal cm care is pathetic they don'e even care, at least Go Javas took a complaint( and despite promising that they would deliver it today(10/10/15) they failed miserably.
Very bad experience, extremely frustrated. Will go to a local shop spend extra and buy from there but from now on Snapdeal and GoJavas is a big no no from me. Will move to a competitor and will also make sure that Go Javas is not the courier if I buy anything online again.
