Bad Service Needs to Imrovement. Review on Gojavas

Actually I bought many products online from online shopping site. Last time I buy a Cabinet in Snepdeal. I order it on last 15 July after this today morning I got a SMS from Gojavas that my parcel is ready and they delivered it today. This is parcel was they got last 18July when I track it on shopping site but they delay this because of Holiday and Sunday I can understand that. But today they call me don't deliver my parcel.

*Advantage and Disadvantage*

I don't seen any advantage of this company because they cant deliver on Sunday or holiday  rather than Ekart logistic deliver my parcel on Sunday at my door step. But this company never do it. today morning I got call from company that my parcel was ready to deliver keep cash ready. When I return at my office parcel not came yet, so I call them. They told me that he not found my parcel? then they told me that when I found your parcel I will call u, after that I got SMS that your delivery was delay.? That was socking for me I call again them so they told u came at office and take your parcel.

That was very bad experience for me I have no time for this that's why I shop all things online. I just wanna tell that please improve your service.

*My Opinion*

I had bad experience today from Gojavas because of late delivery and trying to make me fool. That's not good hospitality bu the company. I never recommende this service for any one who make people fool.
