goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
My experience about Goibibo is like Antonym of self satisfaction. Reasons behind my dissatisfaction are cleared in further mentioned parameters.
Points where Goibibo authorities need to pay heed, are as follows: -
lack of Consistency about offer-> if you ever sign in goibibo you will recieve hundreds of messages about alluring offers, but these offers are so transient as if like carrot for a donkey. Need to maintain offer at least some couple of days.
Goibibo points are almost worthless-> recently I won some amount of almost 575 rupees by opening the app during Mumbai Indian match of and these bucks are temporary for some days. I don't find anything useful for me at this price on this entire application.
So its not hyperbole if I say this app fascinates you with meaningless virtual money.
- Not a Vast Database in Locality : > I wanna book a bus from Jodhpur to Merta, but there is no result of any bus in my locality. so need to tie up with Bus services or other site or app like RedBus or other to enhance the Database for User convenience.
4.Chances are less of availability of room if you book at last minute. So we must confirm to Hotel management that whether room is available or not. Because Sometimes in Rush Hour, Hotels failed to update Goibibo booked rooms and forced to deny. so this problem should be overcome.
