I booked a cab and paid advance. The driver denied to come. The trip started without entering OTP by driver. I kept reaching out to customer care service to inform that I have not boarded the cab, then how come the driver has marked this started? Customer care executive asked me to wait 48 hours for refund. After 48 hours, there is no IVR option to reach customer care and there is no refund?
