goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

1) It is not the fastest site around for booking tickets

2) You almost lose your entire amount if you cancel the ticket. If you do through a airline website normally 750 rupees. Here you will lose about 2500 rupees almost entire amount is lost.

3) Customer care is not responsive at all.
