goibibo_ibibo is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have been avoiding using GoIbibo.com due to the negative reviews, but decided to give it a try as they had offer running.
I had to make a booking for 2 FLIGHT tickets(INDIGO PNR VW3CAM) so I selected goibibo.com which was offering Rs. 1000 off on tickets purchased before 14th Feb. by using the coupon code'FLY14FEB'
I got message that my code has been accepted and that I will get discount at the time of making payment. However when I went to make payment I got the message that I will NOT GET Rs. 1000 discount! without any reason.
I re-tried many times to use this coupon, but I got the message that I have used the coupon or the offer is invalid!
THIS IS HOW THEY CHEAT THE WEBSITE AND TRY TO FOOL UN-AWARE BUYERS.
THIS WAS MY FIRST & LAST VISIT TO GOIBIBO.COM, never trust this site.
