Fraud and No refund against hotel booking. Review on Goibibo

I am using goibibo application since very long. I always facing some kind of issues eith in hotel booking or in flight booking.

But I always ignored that. This time on 16th May I booked a hotel from goibibo with named Hotel Mount Palazzo in bangalore.

I was trevelled from mohali to bangalore that night. Since that was my first time in banaglore, I used goibibo app and booked a hotel aroung 11.30pm. After payments when I called hotel person he was not recevied my calls not even a single time, after repeateadly trying I called goibibo customer care number and request them to contact the hotel person and confirm my booking, after spenting 30 minutes with executive online on phone, he cut the phone and assured me to get back to me very soon.

After staying around 1 hour on airport I received a mail and a call from goibibo about confirmation of booking. Again I called hotel person about address and confirmtion he again not received my calls. all this consume another 25 min.

I again received a call from goibibo around 1.10am about appolization and assured me to refund my balance and applogize from goibibo end. he assured me to return my amount in next 4-5 days.

I stayed all night on airport and I was too much tired, I had an important meeting in maddur(120km from bangalore) on 17th may. I stayed overnight on airport and went to meeting directly. I lost my business more than 90 lakhs rupees due to tiredness caused by last night.

I again call goibibo for checking status of my refund, they totally reject that request and not even proceed for same, I contact 4 times to goibibo and clearly state each fact of situation but they reject my request.

still they are email me to console me and again no money is refunded from them.

This is very bad situation, I was connected with that hotel just because of goibibo, yes I booked that hotel in midnight but its a responsibility of hotel person and gobibo to update the status of availability. After doing all blunder mistakes by goibibo they are still not ready to accept their mistake and not proceed for refund of my booking amount.
